Encore! is operating in 2012 during the following term dates. Music lessons are currently held at the following days and locations. Please contact us anyway if these days or locations do not work for you as we may be able to make other arrangements to accommodate your needs.

Fees for Lessons
(a) Fees for Individual Lessons
Fees are $33 per half hour for individual lessonsin Johnsonville and Churton Park. Fees for Wellington City individual lessons are $35 per half hour (as the central location means that overhead costs are higher).
Students pay in advance for the term and payment should be made by the first lesson of each term. The fee for each term depends on the number of lessons within that term. The table below outlines the fees per student for each term (inclusive of GST).
If you enrol after the term has already started, you will only need to pay for the remaining lessons in that term. Payment should be made by the first lesson attended.
We understand that families with more than one child enrolled in Encore! may prefer to pay by installments. Please contact us and we can discuss a suitable arrangement.

(b) Fees for Group Lessons
The following are the fees for Encore!'s group lessons:
(a) Band lesson - $15 per 30 minute lesson + $15 (materials fee)
(b) Music theory lesson - $15.00 per 30 minute lesson + music book ($24-$30) + $6 (materials fee)
(c) Music Book and One-Off Registration Fee
There is a one-off registration fee of $10 for signing up with Encore!. This fee also includes an Encore! student start-up kit that every student is required to have, including folder, exercise book for lesson notes, and pencil.
Every student enrolled with Encore! is required to have an Encore! approved music book that they will work through with their teacher. Prices for these books range from approximately $25.00-$40.00 and will also be included on your invoice.
Catch-up Lessons
Students having individual lessons are allowed one catch-up lesson per term. These are held at the end of each term. If you are not able to make it to your lesson, you will be given the opportunity to have a catch-up lesson (without any extra charges). Please make sure you advise us before your scheduled lesson of your intended absence so that you qualify for a catch-up lesson.
Catch-up lessons for Churton Park and Johnsonville students are held at Churton Park School (90 Churton Drive) on the Saturday after the Encore! term ends.
Catch-up lessons for Wellington City students are held on the Friday before a new term starts unless we can make arrangements for them to be undertaken during the term.
