"I taught at Encore! from the very beginning in 2010, and have had such a great experience working here. The organisation is very well run, and Fern goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy and make things as easy as possible for you. As a teacher you are supported by a fantastic operations team, and get to enjoy the experience of teaching so much more because of it. I absolutely loved my time at Encore! and recommend it to any music teachers who are looking for an organisation to work with that will support you completely." - Hazel Fenemor, former teacher who relocated overseas after nearly 4 years at Encore!
"I've had a really wonderful time working for Encore! It was the first job I'd had where I felt I could actually offer something to the business rather than just be the next set of hands. I also always felt really supported and welcomed, and that I could get along with everybody there. After working numerous jobs, that really meant a lot to me. The culture at Encore! is great, and as long as that remains you'll always be able to reap the benefits of that through attracting talented people. " Geraint Scott

We’ll provide you with training in our curriculum/systems and all the resources you’ll need. We’ll do all the administration – no sending out invoices to students, chasing up payments, photocopying or purchasing music books, setting up or packing down for lessons.
