Hayden began his music learning in Christchurch, before moving to Wellington to study Clarinet and Saxophone at the New Zealand School of Music.  He has played the piano for many years, gaining his DipABRSM in 2005.  Hayden changed his focus to clarinet and saxophone at university, and has recently graduated with his Bachelor of Music with Honours. 
Hayden also has a keen interest in teaching across a wide range of ages and abilities.  He regularly puts students through the Trinity or ABRSM exam syllabuses, and organises concerts for his students to work towards.  Hayden looks forward to continuing sharing his musical knowledge with current and future students.
