Flute Lessons

The flute is thousands of years old and versions of it can be found in the history of almost all cultures!  You too can learn to play this beautiful instrument!
At Encore! School of Music, we can teach you how to:

• Properly assemble your flute to prevent bad fingering and to play with a good tone
• Work on your embouchure i.e. use your facial muscles and shape your lips to be a good flute player
• Have the right posture to facilitate good air capacity resulting in longer and clearer notes
• Have the right fingering on your flute
• Produce a beautiful tone
• Play the right notes and rhythms with musicality
• Read music and understand music theory

These are some of the options for flute students at Encore! School of Music:
(a) Individual lessons ($33 per 30 minutes)
(b) Duo lessons (2 students - $22.50 per 30 minutes pp)
(c)  Group lessons (3-5 students - $15 per 30 minutes)
(d) Music theory classes (individual or in groups).
